GASTRONOMIC FESTIVAL MISTURA 2012

from 7 to 16 of September 


Bigger, longer, tastier, and more varied!


This year we hope to receive more than half a million people, between national and foreign visitors.


This year the stage will be Campo de Marte, which represents a space 60% larger than the last. The design will be inspired our Andes Mountain Range. The Great Market will simulate the flower of cañihua.

As in each edition, there will be a protagonist in The Festival and this year will be the Andean grain, quinoa, kiwicha and cañihua. About 350 producers from all regions of Peru will show our rich biodiversity and wealth







Mistura 2012 will give an account of the joint work Cook/Farmer a true sample of our biodiversity; the Large Market will have  around 200 stands with a wide variety of Andean grains, in addition to native potatoes, peppers, fruits of the coast, sierra and jungle, among others products. 


The gastronomic offer will be represented in over 54 restaurants, 70 wheelbarrow, 16 rustic kitchens, as well as regional cuisines and a wider choice of drinks. 

Bread Corner, will present the "bakers tricycles' with the best and widest selection of bread from all regions of Peru. 




Chocolate Corner will feature more than 30 exhibitors of the best Peruvian chocolate brands. The communities of Ashaninka and Shipibo will delight us with the best cocoa of origin.




The Corner of Pisco, definitely will be one of the favorites, here you will find the largest selection and variety of Peruvian pisco. 

Thinking about ecology, all the material used for commercialization of food will be 100% biodegradable. Also, all stands shall conform to the highest standards in ecology.


We renew the contests; we will have the costenitos, serranitos, oriental, pisqueritos and the already known competitions Best Young Cook, Best Young Baker and Best Young Chef Patissier, among others...











The largest delegation of international chefs; will be about 30 exhibitors between domestic and foreign. Outstanding among them Eneko Atxa, the highly regarded best cook in the world Elena Arzak, Maxime Bilet, Quique Dacosta, Peter Gilmore, Sang Hoon Degeimbre, Thiago Castanho, among other.

And if your client wants to enjoy by their own this Festival, will be safe and comfortable buses, departing from Kennedy Park and Larcomar (Miraflores)
